Publication Ethics :
Publication of peer-reviewed articles improves the quality and trustworthiness of a scientific open access journal. It is important to follow certain ethics by all the parties involved in article peer review process and publication such as Authors, Editors, Reviewers and Publisher.
Authors Ethical Duties : We always believe authors are root of any publication and expect authors will present accurate, original and objective research in the form of manuscripts.
Authors are advised not to publish manuscripts related to the same research in more than one at the same time.
Authors must avoid plagiarism, inaccurate statements and fraudulence in their manuscripts as it is considered as unethical behavior. Authors should not submit the previously published papers to another journal.
Authors are expected to notify the editors or publisher any inaccuracy or errors in the submitted manuscript immediately in order to save article processing time.
Editors Ethical Duties : Editors will be responsible for evaluating the quality of the articles submitted for publication.
The editors should ensure that the articles are evaluated for the content and not for the authors name, race, gender, religious belief, origin and citizenship.
The editors are expected not to disclose any information related to submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author(s), reviewers and concerned members of the editorial board.
The editors are expected to provide constructive feedback to the authors in order to enhance the quality of the articles and to boost up the research process in the respective field.
Reviewers Ethical Duties : Reviewers' are expected to promptly assist the editors in peer review and in communication with the authors for improving the quality of the manuscripts.
The reviewers should ensure that they complete the review process within stipulated time so that manuscripts are processed and reach the publication stage on fast track basis. The consistency in publication will also enforce a feeling of trust among the authors.
The reviewers' should maintain the privacy of the manuscripts during and after the review process and should discuss about the manuscripts only with the authorized editor(s).
The reviewers' are expected to ensure that while providing feedback to the authors, the language used is appropriate and should not include any personal criticism or objectionable content.
Article Withdrawal Policy : Publisher has right to withdraw, if an article is imposed to violate the ethical codes specially by multiple submissions, plagiarism, fraudulent use of data without consent of original author, bogus claims of authorship.
Article Retraction Policy : Retraction of the article involves in a post publication step, withdrawn is considered if there are any legal disputes or any copyright infringements involving a particular manuscript.
The original article will be removed from online but the PDF or HTML link will be displayed with a note as retracted. Withdrawal after publication ruins massive efforts made in processing the manuscripts by our editorial staff, so the payment made for publication shall not be refund for the withdrawn manuscript at this stage.
Article Replacement Policy : Authors if believe the article is flawed and may pose a health risk may retract the original one and replace it with a new version. In this case, the article retraction process will be followed and the retraction note will contain the new link of the new article.
Article Refund Policy : In case of article withdrawal/retraction/removal, Article Processing Charges will not be refunded to authors as publish incur lot of cost during publication process which includes cost for peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, maintaining & archiving, and allows immediate access to the full text versions of the articles.
Refunds will be made only in rare cases where there is a double payment made by the authors.
